These dolls have evolved over a period of time………..they began life as developments of drawings from a child’s perspective – the simplistic child’s view of a face – eyes – big eyelashes – and always, a smiling mouth!

They are constructed from old books and papers bonded to fabric, hand painted and then machine stitched.

The faces are stitched tea bags.

The hair is a Danish yarn.

They stand approx. 30 cms tall.
